1. Plug adaptor into a 120 volt AC outlet and plug the receptacle end into the input jack, located along the handle of the massager.
2. Sling massager over your neck so that it sits comfortably across your shoulders.
3. Slip your arms through the pocket-rests for comfort and easy positioning.
4. Turn on the device by pressing on the Power button.
5. Adjust heat settings using the Heat button. Pressing once will operate the heat feature (the massage nodes on the unit will glow red); pressing twice will disable it (massage nodes will stop glowing).
6. Adjust direction settings using the Direction button.
7. If you wish to use the massager on another area of your body - such as the back, waist, abdominals, legs, and feet area - please turn off the device by pressing on the Power button. Position the Massager according to preference before turning it on again. Do not turn on heat function when massager is in direct contact with skin.
8. Turn off the device by pressing on the Power button. Device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous non-use.
