To use, remove the cover and fill the base with cool water. Add 2-3 drops of your preferred essential oil to the water before replacing the cover. Connect the power adapter to an outlet. Push the 'ON/OFF' button to turn on. Push the 'MIST' button to turn the mist on or off. Push the 'LAMP' button to turn the LED changing lights on or off. Select the '30' button for intermittent mist (30 seconds on and off). Do not turn on without adding water.

Compact design, great diffusion with a slight water sound (like a mini fountain) which I like.
Nice that there is an intermittent feature where the misting goes and then stops.
