Dry skin is always a problem regardless of the time of the year. It requires special treatment and facial masks are one of them. These home remedies are the best solution to get the dry skin hydrated and moisturized. They will return the glossy and even skin tone and will make it shine.
There are various mixed creams to try out. Since we do not use masks due to the lack of this or that product, here we will consider three basic recipe options and one including only two ingredients. Check out these softening homemade face masks for dry skin!
Almond Avocado Facial
This mask is really great for those who have super dry skin and need some moisturizing. The only ingredients required for the mask are one avocado and 12 drops of almond oil. You start with removing the skin and the non edible parts of the avocado. Then you need to smash the mixture gently adding the drops of the almond oil. The mask can be applied to the neck and face. You have to leave it for around half an hour before rinsing with warm water.
Oatmeal Yogurt Mask
Oatmeal is especially great for uneven dry skin. It has relaxing and flattening effect. You will use a 1/3 cup of oatmeal, half a cup of hot water, a tablespoon of honey and up to two tablespoon of plain yogurt. First you need to add water to oatmeal and leave it. Then after a few minutes you can add the honey and yogurt and put all of it into the blender.
Yogurt Citrus Facial
This facial is great for those who do not have allergy, otherwise the facial is not recommended. The recipe is more complex. You will require a tablespoon of yeast, half a tablespoon of plain yogurt and correspondingly two tablespoons of veggie juices (carrot and lemon) and two tablespoons of olive oil. You just need to make the magical mix of all the ingredients and apply to the face. The mask can be left for about 20 minutes and then it needs to be removed with warm water.
